Ms. Shelby is an Arizona native! She is married and has one son that is in lower elementary. For fun, they enjoy taking advantage of the warm AZ climate camping all around the state, and hanging out at the lakes!

Shelby began working with children in 2011 in a traditional setting, but later found her real passion in Montessori, in 2018. She attended the A to I program at the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies.

She was introduced to Creo when her son started in Cactus Wren in 2021. Ms. Shelby has previously helped cover maternity leave in different classroom environments at Creo, providing continuity for the Nido and Toddler community. She is excited to continue her Montessori journey at the elementary level and looks forward to getting to know all of the wonderful families!
