All Enrichment Programs are optional add-ons held at our Creo School Campus following School-Day dismissal.

Students enrolled in School-Day programs will be walked directly to Enrichment Programs beginning at 3:15pm, however if students are enrolled in programs beginning after school day dismissal, they must be picked up at normal program end times and dropped off to gate 3. Should a student be enrolled in back-to-back enrichment programs at 3:15pm and 4:00pm or later, the parent will not need to pick up until the last class is complete.

Class sizes are limited and priority is given to students currently enrolled in our All/Day All/Year Programs; enrollment is then offered on a first-come, first-served basis for all students.

Enrichment Programs are held by qualified outside professionals, thus all payment and registration is conducted through individual organizations, listed below.

Intermediate Art

• Session 1: 1/14/25 - 03/04/25

  This class is for those aged 6+ who have already taken Beginner Art with Ms. Natasha and are ready to build upon their burgeoning artistic skills. Advanced Art

Beginner Spanish for Elementary (6-12 yo)

Woodshop

After school woodworking is an amazing opportunity for your children to learn great new building skills. They will safely use a variety of power tools, paints/stains and especially improve upon their use of fractions. Each session lasts 8 weeks and includes the making of two separate projects that they bring home upon completion. This class starts at 3:15 and ends 4:15. Pick up is in the Recreation Room in Upper El. The kids will walk to your car for pick up. Students in grades 2-6 are welcome to join. Please pick the day that you would like your child to join and a back up day in case that class is full.

Cost is $360 per session and is due the Sunday before the first class.

Beginner Chess

• Start Date: 1/15/25 - End Date: 4/9/25 Club Will Not Meet: 3/12

• Lower Elementary ages 6-9 every Wednesday from 3:15-4:15pm

• Cost: $219 for the 12 week semester

  Creo is excited to partner with Chess Emporium to bring the wonderful world of chess to our 6-9 year old lower elementary students. Chess can help students increase their math, verbal skills and their creative and critical thinking abilities. Chess also helps students develop self-discipline, concentration, critical insights, analysis, and writing skills. Chess Club teaches a fun and exciting introduction to the game of chess. Club begins by teaching students how to play the game, chess openings, tactics, and endgames. Students will practice what they learn each week in games with their friends. Studies by major corporations have shown that chess can help students improve their math and verbal skills, creative abilities, and critical thinking abilities. Chess provides helpful insights into mathematics, visualization, analysis, and writing skills.

Advanced Chess

• Wednesdays 3:15-4:15 Ages 9-12 and younger based on skill level and approval

• $175 per session

• Session 1: 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5

• Session 2: 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7 Demonstration on January 16 during school hours.

Creo school will now offer an advanced Chess Class geared to getting students prepared to compete in tournaments and eventually play at a State and National level!

This class will be offered on Wednesdays at the same time as the beginner class that is already offered and will be open to all 4-6 graders regardless of skill level and will allow 1-3 graders who are advanced to join with school approval.

Each class will have an advanced lesson in a classroom setting with students raising hands like they are at school and a game playing time using an organized ladder based system.

Amazing Athletes Multi-Sport

  Amazing Athletes empowers kids by teaching skills from sports in a fun, non-competitive, and educational environment. Combining fitness and fun, students explore and develop athletic skills with the introduction of 10 sports. The 'Powers Team' and 'Muscle Zoo' aid students in learning about key nutrients and muscle group functions.

Karate Zoo

• Wednesdays 1/15-5/14 No Class 3/12

Inspired by the traditions & practices of martial arts, Karate Zoo is designed to benefit a child’s physical, social & emotional development while building confidence & teaching practical life lessons. With the help of our Muscle Zoo friends, we teach the fundamentals of martial arts in this high-energy progression-based program, allowing students to learn and practice the traditions & skills of the sport. Tumbling

  Tumble Town provides a weekly class that will stimulate your child's coordination and motor skills. A variety of apparatus including vault, bars, beam, tumbling mats and padded geometric training aids will be used to ensure the safest and most entertaining physical fitness lesson possible. All of Tumble Town's coaches work under the supervision of Mike Strauss who was the assistant coach of the A.S.U. gymnastics team! Questions? Tippy Toes Dance

  Tippi Toes dance classes are returning to Creo Montessori! At Tippi Toes we believe in the power of positive reinforcement in the lives of little ones! We teach ballet, tap and jazz technique while helping your child develop rhythm, coordination, strength and self confidence. Plus, we have fun!! We hold two dance recitals a year so you can see all that your child has learned first hand.

  We start August 9th at 3:15pm, and we’ll be there every week for 45 minutes. Class is $75 a month with a one time $55 registration fee.
