Ron graduated from Arizona State with his degree in microbiology. He received his graduate degree in finance from the College of Financial Planning.

Directly after ASU, Ron worked in environmental services for the State of Arizona focused on clinical and environmental microbiology and water treatment. He was employed by some very familiar large branded names (Circle K, Texaco, Shell) in planning, pricing, operations and in various executive roles. Ron has always loved education and has a thirst for knowledge. It is his passion to continually learn and grow; as well as enable others to become problem solvers and critical thinkers, that led Ron to become a teacher.
